Refund policy
Full payment is due at the time of order for all website purchases. There are no returns on purchases once product is accepted for delivery or pickup. All sales are final except as provided herein.
ORDER CANCELLATION - WEBSITE PURCHASES: Up to 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup date, you may request cancellation and refund of your order by emailing info@thelilacrosecupcakery.com and referencing your order number, name, and pick-up or delivery date. No refund requests are granted less than 5 days prior to your order delivery or pick-up date.
ORDER CANCELLATION - CUSTOM ORDERS: For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable payment is due at the time of order with full payment due at least 15 days prior to the delivery or pick-up date. At least 15 days prior to your scheduled delivery or pick-up date, you may request cancellation and refund of 50% of the full amount due, not to exceed the amount paid to-date. No refunds are granted less than 15 days prior to your custom order delivery or pick-up date.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY US: Should illness, emergency, inclement weather, product shortages or delays, hazardous road conditions, power outages, governmental recommendations, orders or requirements, or other circumstances or conditions not within our control, in our sole opinion, prevent us from fulfilling your order or making delivery, you will be refunded 100 percent of the amount paid. We are not liable whatsoever for any losses, costs or damages of any kind other than refund of the amount you paid to us for your order and delivery fee, as applicable, in the unfortunate event of our cancellation. "We", "us" and "our" refer to The Lilac Rose Cupcakery, LLC, its members, agents, employees and representatives.
