Pick Up and Delivery Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our cupcakes, we do not offer shipping.  We offer pick-up or delivery in the local area.  We are not a store-front; our cupcakes are custom made to order for pick-up or delivery at the date and time slot designated in your order.  

Pick-up is at our cottage home bakery at 15745 Carnation Road in Frisco, Texas, on the date and during the time slot specified in your order.  Your cupcakes will not be ready for pick up in advance of your time slot, so please do not arrive early.  

Delivery is based on mileage from our cottage bakery in the 75033 zip code. Delivery for orders with less than 4 dozen cupcakes are as follows:

Delivery within 7.5 miles of our cottage bakery is currently on special for $0 with a minimum order of $75

Delivery 7.5-10 miles from our cottage bakery is $10 per order with a minimum order of $75. 

Delivery 11-15 miles from our cottage bakery is $15 per order with a minimum order of $75. 

Delivery 16-20 miles from our cottage bakery is $20 per order with a minimum order of $100. 

Delivery 21-25 miles from our cottage bakery is $25 per order, with a minimum product order of $145.

Delivery 26-30 miles from our cottage bakery is $30 per order, with a minimum product order of $145.

Delivery 30-35 miles from our cottage bakery is $40 per order, with a minimum product order of $145.

Deliveries outside of our standard delivery area.  Delivery fees for specialty orders over 48 cupcakes will be quoted separately. 

A person 16 years age or older must be available to receive your delivery during the entire time slot designated in your order.  We cannot leave product unattended at a door or other location.  If no person is present at the time of delivery during the time slot, the order will be available for pick up at 15745 Carnation Road, Frisco TX 75033 at a later time designated by us.  There are no delivery fee or product refunds in such circumstances.  We do not re-attempt deliveries unless another delivery fee is paid and we agree to a new delivery date and time slot. 

Should traffic or other delays cause your order to be delivered more than 30 minutes after the end of your designated time slot, your delivery fee will be refunded.  We do not issue refunds for product unless (i) the order is delivered more than one hour after the end of the designated time slot due to our tardiness, (ii) the order is not accepted by you, and (iii) you request a refund at info@thelilacrosecupcakery.com.  

We are not liable whatsoever for any losses, costs or damages of any kind other than refund of the amount you paid to us for your order and delivery fee, as applicable, in the unfortunate event of our late delivery of your order or orders not ready at the designated time slot of pick-up.  "We", "us" and "our" refer to The Lilac Rose Cupcakery, LLC, its members, owners, agents, employees and representatives.
